Coming Soon Softball Coaching information!!
DVDs are available for coach’s use: The concept and skill training videos are:
1. Catcher Techniques – 1 hr. 33 min (HQ4_
2. Coaching Youth Baseball – 1 hr. 58 min
3. Infield Play (Fundamentals & Techniques) – 1 hr. 8 min
4. Throwing Mechanics – 32 min
5. Hitting Coach I – 1 hr. 53 min
6. Movement Prep Excercises: Baseball Warm-up and Conditioning
To preview HQ4 DVD's http://www.hq4baseball.com/ click on DVD's
Library policy for loaning DVD's:
1. One (1) DVD per manager (team) per loan – Must pick-up and return to Coach Coordinator
2. Contact Coach Coordinator to reserve materials and DVD from library and schedule pick-up.
3. Coach Coordinator will hold reservation for 24 hrs. Materials and videos are loaned for three (3) days
