You and your child for Player Registration

How long does registration take?

 Expect registration to take at least thirty minutes depending on the amount of people registering (Typical enrollment is over 500 players) and parents to assist. If you are able to help with registration, please let us know, E-Mail information@srnll.org

 

Who can register my child?

Parent or Guardian only

 

What do I need to bring with me, to register my child?

  • Bring proof of age & address for your child. If you have registered your child before with SRN proof of age is not needed for registration.
  • Checkbook or Money order, Little League guidelines suggest that all money transactions are done by money order or check. SRNLL does not accept credit or debit cards for payment. Please bring exact change if cash must be used.
  • Your Families home e-mail address.
  • Your child’s size appropriate to uniform see below, uniforms.

What is proof of age?

  • Your child’s birth certificate

What is proof of residence?

  • Your driver’s license
  • A communication by US postal mail that shows your child’s residence example, school communication.

Why does Seneca River North Little League need this information?

  • Registration for Little League is exactly like registration for school.
  • The age of your child is a guideline to determine, what level of base ball your child will be placed in.
  • The Little League where your child plays ball is determined by the address where he or she resides.
  • How SRNLL communicates with our Families: website, e-mail, phone and newsletter.
  • Little League Regulations require proof of age as a condition of Seneca River North Little League’s insurance and charter membership with Little League International.
  • Insures fair play.

Have you registered with SRN in a previous Season?

  1. Your forms are already prepared using previous information.
  2. Please be sure to review all the information and make changes as needed, directly to the form.
  3. Please add your family e-mail address to the form.

When are games and practices?

  • Game and Practice schedules are published this website by each Division Coordinator.
  • SRN Players are organized into Teams and then Divisions.
  • Parents and players will not have a set schedule until:
  1. Division schedules are created by your Division Coordinator directly after tryouts and Teams are formed, beginning with the Majors Division to Tee-Ball Division.
  2. Each Division has an assigned field exception, travel teams.
  3. Games are scheduled to accommodate the number of teams in your specific Division and games played during the regular season.
  4. Junior, Senior, Big League, Softball Divisions are travel teams and play throughout District 8. The schedules are created by District 8 and will be posted to SRN website as soon as they are available.

Note: If you do not hear from your Team Manager at least two weeks before your first game contact your Division Coordinator, VP Baseball or Softball then President see the Board List.

 

What about uniforms?

  • Baseball: Shirts and hats are provided.  
  • Softball:  Shirts and hats are provided.
  • Uniform samples will be shown at registrations.
  • Bring size and your child’s, preference of numbers for the back of his/her shirt.

Note:

  1. Game and practice schedule will be posted to this website once teams are formed beginning with Majors and ending with T-Ball. Your Team will contact you with uniform pickup date and time.
  2. If you do not hear from your Team Manager two weeks before games begin please contact VP Baseball or Softball.

Why is there a late registration fee?

The most straightforward answer; encourages parents to sign up during the designated dates. The registration dates are chosen to help all of us Board Members and Parents provide an on time, organized, safe baseball program for your child.
